Week 4 Premier League Team Bets

It might still be early days in the Premier League but patterns are already beginning to emerge as we pick our team bets for week four.

The race for the Premier League title fight already has the look of a two-horse race, while the scrap at the bottom of the league table is shaping up to be as competitive as ever.

The form of each team is now easier to read so we take a look at three team bets for the fourth week of the season.

Newcastle to beat Watford @ 8/5

Watford have made a dreadful start and currently sit bottom of the table. Javi Gracia's men have lost their first three league games, although they did end a nine-match winless run, stretching back to last season, by beating Coventry in the EFL Cup on Tuesday.

A 3-0 win has eased the pressure on Gracia but they face a tricky trip north. Newcastle also started slowly but a win against Tottenham should have given everyone within their squad a huge lift and they can make it back-to-back wins on Saturday.

Crystal Palace vs Aston Villa – DRAW @ 12/5

A close game is expected at Selhurst Park as Palace prepares to host newly-promoted Villa on Saturday.

Palace have won three of their last five Premier League games and they produced a superb away display to beat Manchester United last week.

Villa secured their first three points of the season last week as well against Aston Villa and they cruised past Crewe Alexandra 6-1 on Tuesday.

Both teams seem to be finding their feet after early defeats and it looks as if they will cancel each other out in London.

Arsenal to beat Tottenham @ 7/5

The Gunners suffered a setback last week with a convincing 3-1 loss to Liverpool but they remain third in the table under Unai Emery.

They face another big test on Sunday when they take on Tottenham in the first north London derby of the season. Mauricio Pochettino's side have not looked at their best this season and questions are beginning to be asked after the 1-0 loss at home to Newcastle last time out.

Christian Eriksen's future is still up in the air and it appears to be having a negative effect on the dressing room.
